At Brody Kling Family Law, we recognize that separation and divorce are difficult experiences, especially when children are involved. We provide a high level of personal attention to each client, and strive to develop creative legal strategies to allow clients to resolve family disputes in a manner which best suits their needs, protects their children and safeguards their financial future.
While we excel at negotiation, and attempt to resolve family matters by private agreement, we also have years of trial and appellate experience, and thus have the capacity to litigate when necessary, to protect our clients’ interests.
We also offer mediation (otherwise known as alternative dispute resolution), a process in which we do not represent either party, but instead act as a neutral facilitator to try to help the parties come to an agreement without the need for adversarial litigation or court intervention. Parties can participate in mediation on their own, or with their own lawyer there present to advise them.
Brody Kling PLLC is committed to making civil legal services available to families of modest means. We offer reduced fees and a free one-hour consultation for clients with limited resources.
